Educational Qualification:

Consultant – Social Media:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mass Media/Communications/Journalism, with at least three years of social media experience, preferably with experience working for a government entity or project.
  • Specialisation in social media management.
  • Experience in creating social media strategies.
  • Experience in writing Op-ed articles.
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, headlines, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong editorial judgement.
  • Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
  • An established ability to synthesise and communicate information quickly

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms.
  • Develop social media strategies.
  • Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
  • Update social media content across all channels for the MoHFW and NHSRC.
  • Select imagery, video and visual content that engages audience.
  • Obtain and develop content in co-ordination with various NHSRC divisions and the
  • MoHFW. Should be able to cover various events and update relevant content on a realtime basis.
  • Keep an eye on social media trends.

Duration of Contract: Initial Contract till 31st March 2025 (with further extension subject to satisfactory performance)



Age Limit: 40 Years

Salary: Rs 60,000 – 1,20,000/-

Selection Process:

Office Executive:

  • Candidate should possess Graduate Degree from recognized university in BA/B.Com/B.Sc./BBA
  • Minimum 02 years of relevant experience as Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability for draft notes / Official Letters in English & Hindi under supervision but handling routine correspondence independently.
  • To be able to meet stringent guidelines at short notices and operate in an evolving environment.
  • Experience:  2-4 years of relevant experience in Govt or Non-Govt bodies with experience in admin and finance related work or Budget planning of activities in any National Health Programme.

Period of contract: 1 year and extendable based on annual performance evaluation with an increase of 05% in remuneration.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Office Procedure – File maintenance, meeting schedules, managing appointments, routine correspondence, drafting & noting.
  • Coordination & Liaising with other departments and ministries
  • Facilitating support for conduct of meetings, workshop, consultation, etc.
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries and maintaining proper records.
  • Ensuring timely relay of messages to staff members through calls, email, general correspondence, etc.
  • Any other work as assigned by the Officer Incharge.
