Manager (Credit/Audit/Inspection/Compliance):

Graduate in any discipline along with ICWAI/ICAI/CFA/MBA Minimum Post-qualification
Experience: Minimum Four years of experience as an officer in Banks/ Regulatory Bodies/ FIs/ HFCs/ Regulated Lending Entities of which a minimum of Two years of experience in Audit/Compliance/ Inspection/Credit Retail Lending

Manager (Data Scientist):

Post Graduate degree in Statistics /Data Science/ Computing and Statistics/Survey and Data Science/Degree* in Statistics or Operation Research/Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience as a Data analyst/Data Scientist/Statistician in corporations/Banks/ Financial Institutions/HFCs/PSUs/Regulatory Bodies/AIFIs

Selection Process of NHB Careers:

The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interview
In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfil the eligibility criteria is more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee, will be carried out for short-listing eligible candidates to be called for the Interview.
For the post of Manager & DM, if the Bank receives a higher number of applications, the Bank will conduct an online examination of the candidates as a qualifying test and candidates clearing the cut-off shall be called for an interview.
The examination pattern and testing methodology shall be notified separately
The candidates will have to secure the minimum marks in the interview & also the final marks, to be considered for the preparation of final rank lists.
However, the selection for the post will be based on their position in the respective category rank list for that post.
