Educational Qualification:
Management Trainee (MT):
MT (Systems):
- BE/ B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Desirable: Any of the below mentioned certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, J2EE architecture, JSP, Servlet, Java Script, IBM DB2 Admin LUW, OCP Java SE, Spring Certified Professional, IBM Certified Administrator – AIX, ASP.Net, C#, DevOps, Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), SCJP, SCWCD, Java EE Web Component Developer, CEH, REST API, SOAP, Servlet, MySQL, Database (Any) Expert.
MT (Operations):
- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Desirable: PG degree /Diploma in Marketing/International Trade/Materials Management/ Logistic/ any other relevant specialization from a recognized Institution/ University will be given preference. Knowledge in Computer Application
MT (Personnel and Administration):
- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource / Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management will be given preference. Knowledge in Computer Application
MT (Law):
- Degree/ Post Graduation Degree Law with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Law will be given preference. Knowledge in Computer Application
MT (Finance and Account):
- Associate Member of the Institute of CA/ CMA of India. OR
- MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Company Law and Taxation/ Trade Financing (Domestic and Foreign)/ e-Commerce will be given preference. Knowledge in Computer Applications.
Age Limit(As on 31 October 2025): 28 years
Age Relaxation:

Selection Process of MSTC Careers:
- Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Candidates are required to appear for the CBT on the date, time and venue, which will be mentioned in the admit card.
- Candidates appearing in the All India-based CBT for the post of MT on attainment of Qualifying marks (40 percentile and 35 percentiles for SC/ST/PWD) will be shortlisted for Group Discussion in the ratio of 1:10.
- Further, candidates qualifying in Group Discussion stage on attainment if qualifying marks (40 percentile and 35 percentile for SC/ST/PWD) in WT/CBT + Group Discussion, in the order of merit, will be shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5, as per the recruitment rules of the company
- The final selection for the posts will be based on consolidated merit of weighted marks obtained in All India-based CBT, Group Discussion and Interview
