Detailed Eligibility:
Support Engineer:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, Python, or similar.
- Good exposure to SQL including queries, joins, functions, and basic database concepts.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience working in Linux or basic understanding of Linux commands.
