Detailed Eligibility:
Operations Intern (Freshers):
- Major in Business Operations, Certificate in Six Sigma or Lean Process methodology (preferred)
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Project management
- Analytical thinking with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitation and Presentation
Responsibility:
- Understand the entire banking process and suggest on Improvements if any.
- Understand the entire process of file activation in the system and the payment flow to the dealer.
- Enhancing the customer/dealer experience by bringing ideas for quick activation and release of DO.
- Ensure the completion of mandatory training for Operations and Vendor partners.
- Understand the contract admin processes and look to digitize the same.
