Kancheepuram District: Kancheepuram district is situated on the northern East Coast of Tamil Nadu and is adjacent to Chennai city and is bounded in the east by Chengalpattu District, west by Vellore District, south by Thiruvannamalai district, in the north by Thiruvallur district and Chennai district. It lies between 11° 00′ to 12° 00’ North latitudes and 77° 28′ to 78° 50′ East longitudes. The district has a total geographical area of 1704.79 sq. Kms. Kancheepuram, the temple town, is the district headquarters. For administrative reasons, the district has been divided into two revenue divisions comprising five taluks with 520 revenue villages. It is divided into five development blocks with 274 Village Panchayats for development reasons.

Educational Qualifications:

HMIS IT Coordinator:

Diploma in electronics and communication/information technology/computer science / BSc computer science / BCA or an equivalent degree in electronics and communications/computer science with network certification and one year of experience. (or)
Diploma in IT / Computer from an Institution recognized by the Director of Technical Education Network Certification and Two years of Experience, Good Communication skills and willingness to travel within the district regularly.
Adequate background in Linux Operating system, especially SUSE LINUX with IP configuration and printer sharing.

Programme cum Administrative Assistant: Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office package with one year of experience managing office and providing support to Health Programme /National Rural Health Mission (NRHM); knowledge of Accountancy and drafting skills are required.

Mid-Level Health Provider: GNM/B.Sc (Nursing) qualification from the institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council

Multipurpose Health Worker:

Must have passed plus two with Biology or botany and Zoology
Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C level
Must possess two years of Multi-purpose health worker(Male)/Health Inspector /Sanitary Inspector Course training /offered by a recognized Private Institution/Trust/university, Including Gandhigram Rural Institute training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine

Radiographer: BSC Radiography from a government institution.

Lab Technician:

Must have passed +2 Examination.
Must possess a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (one-year duration course) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education and
Must have a good physique, vision and outdoor work capacity.

Hospital Worker/Sanitary Worker/Multipurpose Health Worker: Must be able to read and write.

Age Limit: Preferably less than 45 years
