Client Data Analyst:
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc qualifications

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy by completing client instructions and queries in strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
- Perform validations on client instructions and seamlessly administer client user access to electronic banking products on provisioning applications in a controlled and risk-free manner.
- Be aware of operational risk scenarios associated with the role and develop ideas to mitigate risk.
- Identify and resolve concerns by assisting Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk.
- Anticipate escalation-prone scenarios and manage them proactively.
- Own, promote, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Summary: As a Client Data Analyst within our Securities Services sector, you will play a crucial role in managing e-banking access for our client-facing products. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including Clients and Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office & Help Desk teams.
