- B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering)/5-year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the 6 engineering disciplines mentioned in the Table below from a University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of 60% marks means the marks per the respective university’s ordinances.

Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment 2024:
- Shortlisting of candidates for personal interviews for the Executive Trainee 2024 posts will be done in the order of merit drawn based on valid GATE 2022, GATE 2023 and GATE 2024 Scores by applying the ratio of 1:12.
- If there are more than 01 candidates with the same cut-off mark (while shortlisting for interview), then all the candidates with the same mark will be shortlisted for interview.
- Candidates obtaining valid GATE 2022, GATE 2023 and GATE 2024 scores shall only be eligible for this recruitment exercise in NPCIL under this advertisement. GATE score of 2021 or previous GATE examination shall not be entertained.
- Equal weightage will be given to GATE 2022, GATE 2023 and GATE 2024 Scores.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) will be shortlisted separately by applying a 1:12 ratio in each disability category for which vacancies are reserved.
- Discipline and category-wise cut-offs shall be displayed on NPCIL’s recruitment web portal. The result of shortlisting for interviews shall be made available to candidates under the ‘Application Status’ link through individual login on the npcil careers page.
- Intimation of the interview date/time/venue will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through Email/SMS.

Final selection:

Bond:

Selection Process for NPCIL Rawatbhata Recruitment 2024:
- Selection process will be done in two stages which are Written/Online/OMR test and Personal Interview
- Final selection will be done based on performance in the Personal Interview
Stage – I: Written/Online/OMR
- Time allotted for test: 120 Minutes
- Number of Questions: 100
- Marking system : 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 negative mark (-1 mark) for each wrong answer. No marks will be allotted to questions that are not attempted.
- Qualifying marks for the test (Out of 300): 100 marks for the UR category, 90 marks for the reserved category (SC/OBC(NCL)/EWS), No post is reserved for ST so they will be considered at par with UR category.
Stage – II: Interview
- Candidates are called for a personal interview based on marks scored in the Written/Online/OMR test marks by applying a ratio of 1:12.
- More than 1 candidate with the same cut-off mark will also be shortlisted for the interview.
- No weightage will be given to written/Online/OMR test marks during the final Selection.
