Educational Qualification:

Cluster Development Executive:

  • Post-graduate studies in development studies, business management, rural management, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in enterprise promotion/cluster development.

She/He she should possess and perform the following:

  • Will be placed in the cluster and will be responsible for providing operational support to the cluster and undertake project related activities in the cluster
  • Experience of working with the community/artisan/Farmers or on development projects.
  • Possess leadership qualities to mobilise artisan group/primary producers. Organise and conduct training programs and other project related activities in the assigned cluster.
  • Managerial skill to oversee operations in Common Facility Centres and production related activities in the cluster.
  • Good communication skills. Language proficiency in English and local language.
  • Computers and basic software needed for preparation of reports and updating websites.
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of CFC/machines and equipment.
  • Close coordination with Implementing Agency (IA) and Technical agency (TA) for implementation and reporting of project activities.
  • Support in monitoring and evaluation of the programme in close coordination with supervisors at SRLM/TSA etc.
  • Maintain activity and production related records and documents at cluster level.
  • Periodically prepare and submit progress reports to the CEO and Head Office.
  • Coordination with various stakeholders for Procurement of cluster products, product development/diversification and market linkages.

Age limit: Below 40 years.

Project Coordinator – Accounts & Admin:

  • Master’s Degree in commerce/ finance / MBA (Finance) / ICWA Inter / C.An Inter
  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in Education institutes / semi-government organisations/ autonomous bodies / public or private sectors. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years working as an Accountant
  • Knowledge of computers, tally (newly upgraded GST software), and MS Excel.
  • A complete understanding of GST is mandatory. Should possess excellent communication skills and be well versed in English /kannada/ Hindi. Computer skills are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Petty cash distribution and maintaining the records of Petty cash in excel.
  • Cash all receipts, bank receipts, RTGS receipts, NEFT, RTGS and others.
  • Checking and submission of TA/ TE bills.
  • Vendor Management: Sourcing of vendors/vendor registration/obtaining of Bills/ validation and process for payment
  • Checking of programme expenditure bills
  • Updating financial details in the Partner management System by HAL for Monthly and Quarterly financial report submission to sponsors
  • Coordinating and responding to all the financial queries raised by the internal audit team and the sponsors
  • Feeding of credit/petty cash vouchers, etc.
  • Attached of all receipts with the concerned payment vouchers.
  • Arrangement of files for audit purposes.
  • Filing all the credit vouchers of cash book & other banks.
  • Facilitate the Market intervention accounting to beneficiaries (Quotations/tax invoices/ work orders/ statutory compliance / District unit administration (stock/ electricity/Housekeeping, etc.)
