Job Description:
Assistant Production Officer:
- Update to self about the stocks and make sure you have stock for next 10 shifts.
- Listening and understanding the production program in preview to execution of same and take all the information you required to execute program.
- Get issue all the raw material, consumable, tools, arrange manpower to required production execution and handover the all above on completion of the shift.
- Raise requirement, get required goods and resources if any changes you are expecting in future.
- Record production in time and systematic manner and make sure you must not get and deficiency in issue and output.
Quality Control Engineer:
- Update to self about the current techniques to implement quality control.
- Make the parameter and standard of Quality Control as well as health and safety.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Research & Development Executive:
- Update to self about the current plant and machinery status and requirement for coming 6 months to 1 year.
- Drive, evaluate the need of product with SWOT analysis.
- Make 3D drawing and simulate on it and get clear of real working of same.
- Cardboard or plastic proto type model to be made and present to the management.
- Check the parts and component and structure availability in market.
- Prepare BOM with cost analysis with substitute product.
- Tracking of job work of fabrication we send and check the QC parameter.
