Designation: Executive & Senior Executive

Customer Support Executive – Semi Voice Process (Voice process):

• Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Rounds of Interviews:

• HR round (Direct Walkin)
• Operations round
• Typing test and Domain Test

Salary: Rs. 1.92 LPA

Notes:

• Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.
