Educational Qualification:
Project: APEDA
Research Manager:
- Master’s degree in Agriculture and allied sciences, with experience in Agriculture Economics/Food Processing/Agri-Business Management/Branding & Advertisement.
- 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Preferably candidates from reputed business schools
Desirable Qualifications:
- Those who have Ph.D in relevant fields will be preferable
- Proven documentation, analytical skills and research communication.
- Experience in branding and digital marketing.
- Experience in FMCG/ Food Sector, basic knowledge in cereals processing machinery, postharvest machinery, primary processing machinery, also able to handle incubation, startups, ability to analyze data and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, and sufficient knowledge in MS-Office, statistical packages and computer usage with proven documentation skills. Willing to travel for field visits
Project: NFSM (In – Vivo Health Benefits)
Research Associate:
- Ph.D. in Food Sciences & Nutrition/ Food Chemistry/ Food Technology/ Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics and allied fields
- Atleast one year experience in human intervention studies. (Or)
- With Master’s degree holders: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagements and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI / NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing and conducting of clinical trials, new product development, working knowledge on advanced food processing techniques and knowledge in isolation of plant proteins, nano particles application in product development especially with reference to millets; food chemistry and nutrition; expertise in handling lab instruments, ability to analyze statistical data and proven documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge in MS-Office and computer usage. & Willing to travel to field sites also
Age Limit: 40 years
Age Relaxation: The relaxation in the upper age limit is five years for SC/ST/women candidates and three years for OBC candidates as per rules.
Salary:
- Research Manager: Rs. 65,000/- Per month (Consolidated)
- Research Associate: Rs. 49,000/- per month + HRA for master degree holders & Rs. 54,000/- per month + HRA for Ph.D holders (HRA as per ICAR rules)
