IIT Kharagpur Recruitment 2024: Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur has announced notification for Junior Research Assistant/Senior Research Fellow/Project Assistant posts. IIT Kharagpur Careers – Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Project Title: Hydrodynamic and structural design and analysis of underwater towed bodies(HAU)

Junior Research Assistant – Research:

B.Tech/M.Tech/Naval Architect/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean Engineering and 2 Years experience in relevant field.
Experience: CFD software, 3D modeling
Tenure: 18 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Project Title: Study of Asafoetida for determining its quality and safety parameters(IQP)

Senior Research Fellowship – Research:

Master’s degree in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Process Engineering, Dairy Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Selected through a process described through any one of the following:
- Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET, Including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
- The selection process is through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc. IISER, NISER etc. AND Two years of research experience.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in handling GC-MS, HPLC, atomic absorption spectroscopy, sensory evaluation, nutritional studies, or consumer behaviour research data collection and analysis.
Tenure: 5 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Project Assistant – Technical:

Diploma ( 3 years duration)/Graduate Degree in appropriate discipline. OR
ITI (2 years duration) in relevant trade with 4 years relevant work experience.
Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in survey, supply chain management, lab analysis and equipment handling be given priority.
Tenure: 5 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
