Project Title: Macromolecules interactions mediated via complex ionic solution
Junior Research Fellow:
- Essential Postgraduate degree in Physics/Chemistry with CSIR-UGCNET, including lectureship or GATE
- Desirable Qualification:
- Knowledge of electrostatics and statistical Physics
- Basic knowledge of computational programming (Python or C++)
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Duration: 10 Months (can be extendable till project completion, subject to satisfactory performance)
- Brief description of the Project: Using computer simulation techniques to study the electrostatic interaction between macroions with the surrounding fluid when the fluid contains ions or poly-electrolytes.
- Job Description: The candidate will have to
- Study electrostatic interactions between charged macromolecules immersed in ionic solutions.
- Develop code and write scripts to study pH and concentration’s effect on molecules’ interactions.
- Writing and presenting research work in reputed journals/conferences
Project Title: Self-Supervised Learning Of Dynamic Clothed Avatars
Junior Project Attendant:
- Essential: 10th class pass.
- Desirable:
- Candidates with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science will be given preference.
- At least 3-6 months of experience working at a good academic research lab is also desired.
- Duration: 02 Years (can be extendable till project completion, subject to satisfactory performance)
- Brief description of the Project: The project aims to model 3D garments from real-world images and drape them over 3D human Avatars.
- Job Description: The candidate needs to put efforts into data collection, cleaning and pre-processing of the data with standard software tools.
