IIM Shillong Careers – Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Research Associate/Teaching Associate:
- Master’s Degree/Professional qualification in the relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate and some research experience.
- Preference will be given to applicants having experience in designing and conducting surveys, coordinating with various organizations, and developing research reports/articles.
- Desirable: PhD with Good quantitative background with proficiency in conducting survey research, and experiments, and experience in qualitative research in the form of conducting focused groups discussions & interviews would be an added advantage
Tenure: The engagement is purely temporary in nature and valid for a period of 1 (one) year which may be extended at the discretion of the competent authority.
Age Limit: Preferably below 30 years
IIM Shillong Salary:
- Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month consolidated
Selection Process for IIM Shillong Careers:
- Shortlisted candidates may be called to appear for Interview before a Committee constituted for the purpose.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated
- Shortlisting of the candidates will be based on the details provided by the candidate in the Online PDF form.
