Eligibility Criteria for Associate Systems Engineer :

  • Degree: BE/ BTech/ME/MTech/ MSc/ MCA-58%/5.8 CGPA Calculation of qualifying marks =Sum of marks obtained divided by Sum total of maximum marks obtainable. All subjects will be considered including elective/optional subjects
  • Branch: CS/ IT / Robotics / ISE / EE / ECE / EIE / AEIE / EEE/ETE/Maths/Computing
  • No Active Backlog

Eligibility Criteria for Associate Technical Engineer :

  • Candidates should be from B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/Diploma degrees who did their specializations from Computer Science and IT only.
  • The details about the passed-out year should match with the hiring criteria at the time of registration.
  • Candidates with 65% or 6.5 CGPA above are eligible to apply (Calculation of qualifying marks =Sum total of marks obtained divided by Sum total of maximum marks obtainable. All subjects will be considered including elective/optional subjects)
  • The candidates should NOT have any current Backlogs.

Coding assessment – Hackerrank helps us identify quality developers with right skills. This technical hiring platform allows us to thoroughly assess the potential developers in their problem-solving skills through relevant code challenges.

2. English Language Assessment

This is an online assessment which measures English Language proficiency. In around 10 minutes candidates answer a series of MCQ’s which evaluate their engagement towards English.

3. Group Discussion

The candidate would be assessed on interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Interview(s)

The candidate would be assessed on skills like technical representation, communication, growth mindset, innovation and adaptability.

IBM Selection Process for Associate Technical Engineer:

The selection process for the role of Associate Technical Engineer in IBM is a three-step process.

  • Cognitive Ability Assessment.
  • English Language Test.
  • Interviews.

It is to be noted that all the rounds are elimination rounds. It means that the candidates who don’t get the required minimum marks will be eliminated and will not be called for the further selection process.
