Date of Joining: May/June 2025

Overview:

• The Engineering Campus Hiring Program is a premier opportunity for diverse talent from all Engineering schools across India to kickstart their careers in the financial industry. 
• In its 5^th year, the program is focused on:
  • Curated coursework
  • Mentorship
  • Professional development opportunities
• Applicants would undergo multiple assessments that would test their analytical and technical aptitude. Candidates who successfully qualify will be offered a summer internship role in the engineering function at Goldman Sachs, India.

Process & Timelines:

Registrations: August – September

• Application open for Engineering students across India

Aptitude Test: September

• Eligible students will receive an invite to take the aptitude test

Coursework: October – November

• 3-week coursework post clearance of aptitude test, to upskil for the technical test

Technical Test: November

• Only candidates who complete the coursework

Interviews: November 

• Interviews wil be scheduled for candidates clearing the technical test

Offer Rollout: December
