Detailed Eligibility :
Associate Software Engineer:
- Bachelors in Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2 years or more experience in developing and maintaining applications built on Microsoft .net technology stack
- Experience working based on agile methodologies
- Proficiency in the Microsoft .net stack. Expertise in C#, Asp.net, Asp.net MVC, and asynchronous programming
- Experience developing services and APIs
- Good understanding of OOP
- Proficient at database development using Microsoft SQL
- Efficient communication using English, good networking skills, proven ability to influence and drive change initiatives
- Proven experience in operating within a global environment
What might also help?
- Working experience with Azure DevOps/TFS builds, releases, CI/CD pipelines would be an added advantage
- Practical experience with the shift-left approach towards quality
- Microsoft net 6, Web APIs, React, Dapper
Summary of This Role:
- Excellent hands-on programming skills using Microsoft .net technology stack.
- Analyze, develop, test, maintain and deliver high quality software applications built mostly on Microsoft .net technology stack.
- Responsible for overseeing application systems, architecture, design, data workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces. Work closely with all the engineering functions and teams to determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions, conduct reviews, document current systems, and develop technology roadmaps. Responsible for ensuring optimal application and system performance.
- Drive an open and scalable architecture and ensure that the best relevant technology solutions are being adopted. Champion for good engineering practices and support clean code and maintainability. Play a key role in fostering innovation and ensuring the adoption of new technologies as needed.
