Education:

• No B Pharm
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred. (2021 onwards pass out)

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a call center environment will be added advantage
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
• Listening actively to customers and asking probing questions to understand their needs and concerns fully.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products and services, pricing, and promotions, while actively seeking opportunities to upsell.

Eligibility:

• Graduates (2024/2025/2026): B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BE
• Freshers or 01 year of experience
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge

Notes:

• Gain hands-on exposure in Derivatives, KYC, AML & Stock Markets while working with industry experts.
• Shifts: EMEA/ NAM (Candidate should be comfortable with all the shifts)
