Educational Qualification:
Junior Research Fellows:
- B.Tech in first division with valid GATE score OR
- M.Tech in first division at both Graduate and post-graduate levels
Research Associate:
- 03 years of research, teaching or design & development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in a SCI journal
Age Limit (As on 24 February 2026):
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years and 35 years for JRF and RA
Age Relaxation of DRDO DIHAR Careers: Relaxable for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per the Gol orders.
Stipend:
- Junior Research Fellows: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month
