Detailed Eligibility for Cosmos Bank Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Manager:
- First-class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty member from a recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and/or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank, around 5 years in Asst. Manager cadre.
- Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring, and Follow-up) are mandatory.
Assistant Manager:
- First-class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty member from a recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and/or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank, around 3 years in the Officer cadre.
- Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring, and Follow-up) are mandatory.
Jr. Officer:
- Graduate with 1st Class.
- Post-graduation will be preferred.
- Experience: A minimum 2 years’ experience in a Financial Institute will be preferred.
- Candidates who have passed the IBPS examination in the past 1 year will be given additional weightage.
Age limit ( As on 30 June 2024):
- Manager: 40 years
- Asst. Manager: 35 years
- Jr. Officer: 28 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be considered for experienced candidates.
Salary: Remuneration will match Experience and industry practices.
