Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related subject
- At least 1 year of back-end frameworks.
- At least 1 year of experience in databases, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
It would be great if you also had:
- Knowledge in AWS, GIT
What will you be doing in this role?
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with coding standards.
- Works closely with higher-level engineers to increase functional knowledge.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development.
- Develops and applies understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodology.
- Suggests alternative methodologies or techniques to achieving desired results.
- Maintains awareness of technical advances.
- Manually tests and unit tests all assigned applications.
- Participates as a team member on various engineering projects.
- Writes application technical documentation.
- Follows team policies, procedures, and work instruction
The product you will be developing: Task Management as a Content Platform service manages task workflow and allows Clarivate Analytics content teams to manage operational activities more effectively. This is extensively used by different business from multiple segments like LS&H, A&G and IP.
About the Team: The existing team is spread across India and includes developers and testers with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great development skillset in Java spring-boot micro-services, as well as experience with back-end frameworks, databases, SQL, RESTful APIs, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), Git, Angular.
Job Description: We seek a highly experienced JAVA Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring, with knowledge in AWS.
