Associate Field Service Engineering_New Grad:
- Qualification must be B.E/B.Tech
Assets:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Must-Haves:
- A willingness to learn and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
- Experience in software upgrade management.
- Develop and execute network plans for carrying out new network rollouts or augmentation of networks.
- Troubleshoot reported issues from the network and drove resolutions with customer and engineering teams.
- Automation of configurations using automation tools and frameworks.
- Work closely with engineers and PMs across teams to ensure timely and quality customer delivery.
- Coordinate activities with North American engineering teams as needed.
- Attend acceptance test plans, Functional Specifications, and script reviews, which will help ramp up the feature/ product knowledge required later to develop new network rollout plans.
- Go through different RFCs and standards (ITU-T, IEEE, etc.) related to the product’s supported features and use that knowledge to improve project execution further.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tool suite (Word, Excel, power point), and working with large data sets (sorting, filtering, graphing)
- Understanding of automation script is an asset
