BVFCL Recruitment 2026: Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited has announced a notification for the Officer/Safety Officer/Engineer posts. Detailed Eligibility of BVFCL Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Officer (Fin):
- Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 03 years post professional qualification executive experience in a PSU/large Private Sector Organization with Proven knowledge of latest financial procedures & laws.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Safety Officer:
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with 03 (Three) years post-qualification executive experience in Safety in a PSU/ a large Private Sector Industry.
Engineer (Prod):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Graduates in Chemical Engg with 03 (Three) years Post qualification executive experience in a line in a PSU/a large Private Sector Chemical Industry
- Desirable: Preference will be given to candidate line experience in the Fertiliser &Chemical Industries.
Engineer (Mech):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 03 (Three) years Post qualification executive experience in a PSU/ a large Private Sector Process Industry.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to Applicants having in-line experience in the Fertiliser &Chemical Industries.
Engineer (Instt):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation, Electronic & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Comm with 03 (Three) years Post qualification executive experience in a PSU/. a large Private Sector Process industry.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to Applicants having in-line experience in the Fertiliser &Chemical Industries.
Engineer (Civil):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Graduates in Civil Engineering with a minimum 03 (Three) years post-qualification executive experience in RCC & Steel Structure. Construction and Maintenance of building & lots. Civil Projects. Sanitary Fire water line maintenance, tendering, etc. from a PSU/ large Private Sector Process industry.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to Applicants having in-line experience in the Fertiliser &Chemical Industries.
Officer (HR):
- Full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Post Graduate Degree or Diploma 02 (Two) years duration in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
- Labour & Social Welfare front a recognised University Institute having at least 03 years Post professional qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/ a large Private Sector.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to Applicants having a degree in law.
Duration: The initial period of contractual engagement shall be for a period 02 years, extendable by a further two years only, subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection Process for BVFCL Jobs:
- Selection of all positions advertised above shall be through a personal interview only
- Only those candidates who are shortlisted and found apparently eligible based on the notified specifications and the declarations made in the application form shall be called for an interview
