Detailed Eligibility for BEML Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Executive – Research & Development:
- Full time, First class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Engineering Degree in Mechanical /Automobile / Production/ /Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Minimum 1 year post qualification industrial experience required in the area of Design/ R&D/ Product Development in any Manufacturing Industry
Junior Executive – Quality:
- Full time, First class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Engineering Degree in Mechanical /Automobile / Production/ /Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Minimum 1- year post qualification industrial experience in Quality function required in the area of Manufacturing / Fabrication / Assembly
Junior Executive – Civil:
- Full time, First class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Engineering Degree in Civil. (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Minimum 1 year post qualification industrial experience required in Project/Construction activities.
Note:
- Candidates with Degree in Engineering from allied branches of Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Electrical/ Electronics can also apply for the relevant positions as applicable.
- The candidate should be willing to work in 2 shifts & 3rd shift (in case of exigencies of work as per work requirements)
- Should be willing to travel to supplier/vendor premises (on short notice as required).
Duration: The engagement will be on Fixed Tenure contract Basis for a total period of 4 years which will initially be for one-year and extended annually based on performance, conduct and Business requirements. Such engagement shall be terminated after completion of four years or on completion of the project whichever is earlier
Upper Age Limit (As on 19 February 2025): 27 Years
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit indicated is relaxable as per the Govt. of India guidelines i.e., 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- For PwD Candidates the upper age limit is relaxable by an additional 10 years over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC – NCL.
- Relaxation of age limit would be permissible to candidates with minimum 40% disability
