Detailed Eligibility -BELOP Recruitment:
Educational Qualification:
Electronics Engineer:
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Industrial Electronics/E &TC) from a UGC recognized University / Institution
Mechanical Engineer:
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) from a UGC recognized University / Institution
Duration: Candidates will be engaged initially for a period of One year from date of joining which may be extended up to maximum of Two years (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirement and individual performance.
Age Limit ( As on 01 November 2025):
- Electronics Engineer/Mechanical Engineer: 30 Years
Age Relaxation :
- The upper age limit for General Candidates is 30 years, upper age limit will be relaxable for SC / ST candidates by 05 years and OBC (Non –Creamy Layer) – 3 years.
- Candidates belonging to Person with Disability (PWD) category having minimum 40% disability will get 5 (five) years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to SC/ST/OBC mentioned above.
Salary :
- Electronics Engineer/Mechanical Engineer:
- 1st year – Rs. 23,500/-
- 2nd year – Rs. 25,500/-
- 3rd year – Rs. 27,500/-

Selection Process of BEL Pune Recruitment:
- Written tests will be conducted at PIMPRI-CHINCHWAD/ PUNE.
- After the written test, only shortlisted candidates (who are found satisfying the eligibility criteria of this advertisement) will be called for an interview as per the merit list and after considering the reservation notified in this advertisement.
- The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later on a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the application form.
- The names of candidates for the Written Test/Interview and final selection will be notified on our Company’s website.
- SCRUTINY: Necessary scrutiny w.r.t. eligibility criteria will be carried out before the Written Test.
