Detailed Eligibility – ARCI Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Assistant “A”:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with good academic record, or equivalent; and
- Three (3) years experience in Administration/Human Resource/Finance & Accounts/Stores & Purchase/ Secretarial works in Government Departments/Academic/Scientific Institutions/Autonomous Bodies/ Research laboratories;
- In case of Secretariat works: The candidates should have passed Lower grade English short-hand with a speed of taking dictation at 80 wpm and Higher grade English Typewriting with a speed of 45 wpm from a recognized Board/Institute.
Technical Assistant “A”:
- B.Sc. in Physical Sciences (with Chemistry as one of the subjects) OR
- Three (3) years full-time Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering from a recognised University/ Board of Technical Education.
Technician “A”:
- Matriculation/10th/SSC pass plus 2 years full time ITI in Welder/Turner/Electrician trade from a recognised Board/Board of Technical
Education; and - Three (3) years technical experience in Industry/R&D Laboratories.
Age Limit:
- Assistant “A”: Not exceeding 28 years
- Technical Assistant “A”: Not exceeding 30 years
- Technician “A”: Not exceeding 28 years
