Asst. Manager:



  • Graduates in Plantation Management /Engineering / Agriculture / Bio-Science / Science / Preferably with post-graduate Degree / Diploma (2 years) in HR / Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management / Personnel Management / Agriculture Science.
  • Experience:ย 2/3 Yearsโ€™ Post Qualification Experience in Tea Gardens of West Bengal & Assam

Asst. Engineer Gr. I/Asst. Officer Gr. I (Purchase):

  • Diploma in Engineering/Material Management/Marketing/BBA/Graduate (Science, Arts & Commerce)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ post experience in purchase procedure. Candidate preferably have with basic knowledge in computers and GeM.

Asst. Engineer GR. II or I (Production):

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 0/2 years post qualification experience for S1 and S2 level respectively. Candidate having relevant knowledge of Industrial Fans and production related activities will be preferred.

Asst. Engineer Gr. II/Asst. Officer Gr. II (Contracts):

  • Diploma in Engineering/ Material Management/ Marketing/BBA/Graduate (Science, Arts & Commerce)
  • Experience: Fresher Candidate may have basic knowledge in computers and GeM.

Asst. Engineer GR II/GR. I (After Sales Service):

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Fresher for S1 and 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Candidates having relevant knowledge of Service and troubleshooting of Industrial Fan & Blower will be preferred.

Asst. Engineer, Gr. I โ€“ (Inspection):

  • Graduate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidate should have certificate of level โ€“ II in Visual Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography Testing & Magnetic Particle Inspection with basic knowledge in computers
  • Experience: 2 yearsโ€™ Post Qualification Experience in Inspection Field.

Asst. Officer (F&A) GR I:

  • Graduate with an Intermediate pass in CA or ICWA
  • Experience: 2 Yearsโ€™ Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts preferably in Tea Company Accounts.

Asst. Manager (Purchase):

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant knowledge in Purchase. Tendering Protocol/procedure of GeM etc.
  • Knowledge about technical specification of fan components, Material of Construction.
  • Having Vendor database for fan bought out items
  • Experience:ย 3 yearsโ€™ minimum Experience in the purchase field.

Officer (F&A)/Asst. Manager (F&A):

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Works/Management. Accountant/Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce/Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from UGC /AICTE approved Institutions
  • Experience:3/2 Yearsโ€™ Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts preferably in Tea Company Accounts with thorough Knowledge in INDAS.

Director (Planning):



  • Applicant should be an Engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Preference would be given to applicants with degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
  • Applicants with MBA/PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.
