Educational Qualification:

Senior Consultant – Procurement/Projects: (Con-01)

  • Essential: B. Tech /B. E. Engineering in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a government-recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience: At least 30 years of experience in a reputed public sector/government Undertaking in procurement /project/ material management functions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Critical examination of high-value procurement proposals for goods, services, and works to ensure adherence to the corporation’s purchase policy and advise the department.
  • Streamlining the procurement process, identifying the root cause of deviations and eliminating the root cause of the problems.
  • Undertake periodic review of ALIMCO purchase policy and guidance to ensure compliance with the GoI guidelines.
  • Provide guidance/support in formulating model tenders for goods, works, and services, EOI, etc., in CVC, and other guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support in formulating project proposals/detailed reports (DPR) per the corporation’s requirements.
  • Examine complaints/ grievances from external agencies and guide the concerned department in resolving them.
  • Undertake project reviews per management’s direction, identify delays and advise measures for course correction.
  • Suggest suitable MIS reports for periodic review of procurement cases, projects, ministry /GoI stipulates statutory compliances, etc.

Manager (Production – Electronics: (Con – 02)

  • Essential: Full Time Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation with a minimum of 55% marks from a government University/Institute
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private / Manufacturing Sector/multi-product engineering industry in production engineering.
  • The candidate preferably has experience in manufacturing processes, state-of-the-range production techniques, supply chain management, inventory control, logistic management, research, and development of rehabilitation aids and appliances.
  • Knowledge of ERP, ISO, Quality standards, Automation & experience in SMT Line CNC machine shop is preferable.
  • Candidate should have excellent management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills and communication abilities at all levels.

Dy. Manager (Production – Electronics: (Con – 03)

  • Essential: Full Time Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation with a minimum of 55% marks from a government University/Institute
  • Experience: At least ten years of post-qualification experience in production engineering in Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private / Manufacturing Sector/multi-product engineering industry.
  • Candidates with experience in the Manufacturing process, State-of-the-Art production techniques, Knowledge of ERP, ISO, and Quality standards & experience in SMT Line, CNC machine shop, interpersonal and teamwork skills and communication abilities at all levels will be preferred.

Assistant Manager:



Industrial Engineering: (Con-04)

  • Essential: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering/ Industrial Engineering with a minimum 55% mark from a government-recognized University / Institute.
  • Experience: A minimum of 08 Years post qualification experience in the Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private Manufacturing Sector in the relevant field.
  • Experience in establishing Time and Work study, knowledge of best engineering practices such as Lean Management, Kaizen, Kanban, and state-of-the-art Manufacturing processes.
  • Process sheet preparation, Work Instruction, Line trail/ balancing/ set up productivity & yield improvement, value engineering & analysis activities in regular production.
  • Knowledge of ERP, advanced processes, identification & development of process tools, gauges & fixtures will be preferred.

Plastic: (Con-05)

  • Essential: Full-Time B. Tech Degree in Plastic Technology/Plastic Engineering with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in the public sector undertaking or reputed private/ manufacturing sector in Production/Design & Development in Plastic Industries.
  • Candidate should know the material selection and tailoring of material.

Mechanical (New Product Development): (Con-06)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / Institute
  • Experience: A minimum of 08 years post qualification experience in the Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private Manufacturer in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Prototype Development, establishing manufacturing processes, Work Instructions, line trials, Value Engineering & Value Analysis activities in regular production.
  • Knowledge of Prototyping techniques, line set-up, time study, advanced processes, identification & development of process tools, gauge & fixture.

Project Management Mechanical: (Con-07)

  • Essential: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / Institute

Hardware Design Engineer: (Con-08)

  • Essential: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a government recognized University / Institute.
  • Experience: A minimum of 05 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private / Manufacturing Sector or Research Organization of reputed in Design & Development/Research.
  • Working knowledge of PCB Design software Altium Designer, Circuit Simulation, SMPS Power supply design, DC/DC converter, LDOs, Sensors and other electronic power switching devices, Soldering & de-soldering of SMD components, testing & troubleshooting of assembled PCB Board, Preparation of the bill of Materials, EMIs/EMC and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing on SMT line, knowledge of developing firmware for MSP ARM-based microcontrollers, Microchip Microcontrollers, ESP & Raspberry Pi based board, etc.
  • Proficiency in selecting Opamp, Microcontroller, Power supply switches, transistors and diodes, capacitors, inductors, ADCs, exposure to Design for Manufacturability and its use in product design.
  • Experience in robotics, biosignal processing, digital signal processing, human anatomy, orthopaedics, and field failure of electrical/electronic devices shall be preferred.

Software Developer (Embedded System): (Con-09)

  • Essential: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a government recognized University / Institute.
  • Experience: A minimum of 05 years post qualification experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Reputed Private / Manufacturing Sector or Research Organization of repute in the Design & Development / Research field.
  • Working experience in developing embedded firmware using programming languages such as C/C++ for real-time systems.
  • Proficiency in the interfacing of RS232, SPI, 12C, USB LCD, Sensor, Keypad Flash, EEPROM, Bluetooth, and UART.
  • Experience developing firmware for MSP ARM-based microcontrollers, microchip microcontrollers, ESP & Raspberry Pi board working experience on WIFE, Bluetooth, and loT technologist.

Purchase – Mechanical – Materials Management: (Con-11)

  • Masters in Prosthetic & Orthotics & 3 years working experience in a clinical setup
  • Experience: Evaluation of persons with disability and planning of rehabilitative programme.
  • Responsible for assessment, fabrication and proper fitment of orthotics, prostheses and assistive aids & appliances
  • Assist in research, rehabilitation, outreach and extension programs and services.
  • Conducting awareness programs, CREs, short-term training programs, in-service training programs, etc.
  • Work closely with senior P & O and other team members to ensure that clinical directives and standards are adhered to.
  • Any other duty assigned by the higher officials.

Audiologist: (Con-15)

  • Essential: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology is a must.
  • Candidates having master’s degrees in Audiology & Speech language Pathology will be given preference.
  • Registration in the Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) of RCI is essential.
  • Candidate should have post-qualification experience in conducting audiology tests and prescribing the required hearing aid to a person suffering from Hearing Impairment.
  • Knowledge of the local language of the place of engagement is desirable.

P & O(Prosthetics and Orthotics): (Con-16)

  • Essential: A bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and orthotics is a must.

  • Essential: Bachelor’s in Special Education (Intellectual Disability) full-time course from an Institute recognized by RCI.
  • Registration in the Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) of RCI is essential.
  • Minimum one-year post-qualification experience in rehabilitation/teaching of CWSN (ID).
  • Knowledge of the local language of the place of engagement is desirable.
  • Desirable: M.Ed. in Special Education (ID) Having minimum 01-year experience in training/rehabilitation CWSN with NIEPID TLM / similar TLM kit

Clinical Psychologist: (Con-18)

  • Essential: M. Phil’s degree in clinical psychology/rehab, psychology, and a full-time course from an institute recognized by RCI as having a valid RCI CRR Number.
  • Experience in training/rehabilitation CWSN with NIWPID TLM/similar TLM kit is preferable.

Optometrist: (Con-19)

  • Essential: Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optum) degree from a recognized institute with valid registration in the Optometry Council of India or the relevant state council to practice as a qualified optometrist.
  • Experience: Evaluation of eyes for spectacles of CWSN, Sr. Citizen & PWDs during camp and at centres / PMDK, etc.
  • Measurement, fabrication and fitment of Eyeglasses/spectacles.
  • Training on eye care techniques.

CSR Consultant: (Con-20)

  • Essential: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Should have a minimum 01-year experience, preferably in the field of sales /Marketing

P&O (Technician): (Con-21)

  • Essential: Certificate in Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO)/Certificate in Bench Skills (CBS) RCI valid accreditation    [or]   
  • Diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics (DPO)
  • Experience: Assist Orthotist/Prosthetist / in assessment, fabrication, and proper fitment of the prosthesis.
  • To manufacture all prosthetic limbs and possible production of orthotic manufacturing.

  • Essential: Diploma in Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/Institute
