AICTE Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the Non-Teaching Posts. There are 46 vacancies available for the posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.Com/M.A/Any degree/Diploma are eligible to apply for the job. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Accountant / Office Superintendent cum Accountant:

  • Degree in Commerce from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Possesses five years of experience in Central or State Government offices or Universities or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies in accounting/budgeting/auditing/ cash and general finance matters.
  • Knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
  • Desirable: Training in cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent

Junior Hindi Translator:

  • Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a main subject at the degree level; or
  • Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as a medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level; or
  • Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of instruction and other as a main subject and
  • Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa; or
  • Two years of experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.

Assistant:

  • Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Six years of experience in General Administration/Accounts work.
  • Working knowledge in Computer Applications.

Data Entry Operator Grade III:

  • Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Certificate/Diploma course in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in handling computer applications possessing a speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on the EDP/Computer.

Lower Division Clerk:

  • Degree from the recognized University or equivalent.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi or a Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute.
  • Desirable: Experience in general office work, handling files, etc.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Age Limit ( As on 15 May 2023 ):

  • Accountant / Office Superintendent cum Accountant: Not exceeding 35 years
  • Junior Hindi Translator: Not exceeding 35 years
  • Assistant: Not exceeding 35 years
  • Data Entry Operator Grade III: Not exceeding 30 years
  • Lower Division Clerk: Not exceeding 30 years

Age Relaxation:

  • Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
  • Other Backward Classes: 3 years
  • Persons with a disability: 10 years
  • SC/ST persons with disabilities: 15 years
  • OBC persons with disabilities: 13 years
  • Ex-serviceman: Military service + 03 years

Selection Process:

  • The selection process includes a Written Test/Skill Test.
  • The written Test (Bilingual) will have 100 multiple-choice questions.
  • The syllabus will be explained in the advertisement for each post. ( Check Advertisement ) 
  • Duration: 100 minutes
  • The correct answer will carry one mark each and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • The answer key shall be placed in the public domain for posting objection (s) if any on any question (s) before publishing the written test result.
  • Skill Test is qualifying in nature, subject to minimum speed.
  • Candidates who fail to qualify prescribed skill test, shall not be considered for further stages of the selection process.
  • Candidates scoring less than the marks indicated below for different categories shall not be considered for selection.
  • The cut-off percentage in the written tests would be suitably decided (separate merit lists will be prepared for UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories) so as to shortlist candidates for skill tests for final selection in the ratio of 1:5.
  • The candidates short-listed for written test/skill test will be informed by post and e-mail.
  • The final selection will be based on performance in written tests and skill tests.

Application Fees:

  • For the submission of online applications, the General, EWS, and OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable fee: Rs.1000/-
  • SC/ST & Women Candidates are to pay: Rs.600/- through the payment gateway.
  • PwDs: Nil

Note:

  • The persons selected will be appointed on probation for a period of 2 years.
  • Candidates are advised to fill in their correct and active e-mail addresses and mobile number in the online application as correspondence may be made by the Council through e-mail/SMS.
  • When the application is successfully submitted, it will be accepted ‘Provisionally’.
  • Candidates should take printouts of the application form for their own records.
  • Normally, a printout of the online Application Form is not required to be submitted to the Council.
