Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Apprentice(Trainee Engineer):
- Graduate/Diploma Engineering: Engineering Degree / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / Electrical / IT / IE /Mechanical / Mechatronics or related fields
- Non-Technical Graduates: B.Sc IT / B.Sc Computer Science / B.Sc
- Non-Technical Graduates, Passed Out ready to take up careers in the design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELV systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution of problems and adherence to SLAs.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and service checks on ELV systems
- Conduct system testing and commissioning for new installations
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities
- Provide technical training to clients and colleagues as required
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and products in the market and provide recommendations for product improvements, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Document and report on service activities and maintain accurate service records, ensuring that all service activities are properly documented and reported.
Stipend:
- Graduate Engineering Apprentice: Rs.9,000-12,000/-pm
- Technician Apprentice: – Rs. 8,000-9,000/-pm
- Non-Technical Graduates: Rs. 9,000/-pm
