Detailed Eligibility:

Customer Support Associate L1:

Graduate/Undergraduate with overall 1+ years experience in a BPO Voice Process/Customer Service role.
Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication. ( Fluent )
Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.

Note:

Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Nightshifts including 12 am to 9 am shift for Male candidates).
Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board) with great ambience.
Candidates should be willing to travel to work by themselves.

Salary/CTC: Rs. 3.25 to 4.3 LPA
