Job Description:
- Research and update customer records information in DS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including:
o Customer details (location, contacts, …)
o Business data (market, industry, products)
o Financial data (revenues, sizing )
o DS products information
o Sales channel and territory
o Billing process - Understand and implement DS framework to map business (market segmentation, industry segmentation, industry specific products )
- Create Prospects in CRM with required level of information
- Manage specific requests coming from DS Sales teams
- When companies are newly acquired by DS, transfer their customer databases into DS CRM
- Carry out market or industry surveys whenever needed
- Work in relationship with DS team in Geoplatform
- Other reporting or special assignments when needed
