Associate Consultant:
- Candidates must possess Any Degree qualifications
- Experience: 0 – 2 years
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Analytical skills: As a consultant, you will devise marketing plans that are driven by understanding customer level data of each brand.
- Communication skills: Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write communications over email explaining various scenarios. Consultants also need pristine speaking skills. They have to manage relationships with brands and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior-level managers within the organization, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns.
- Project management skills: As a Consultant, you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple campaign plans and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Numerical skills: You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success of campaigns. You will have to make projections for clients while presenting the campaign plan to make the client understand the estimated output of the same.
- Tools: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and any RDBMS
- Good to have: Understanding of any scripting language i.e SQL/Python/R
