Job Description:
- The Associate in the IT team is going to be one of team members in a small team to own and handle the assets and IT infrastructure of a 500 member organization PAN – India.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Ability to test and evaluate new technologies
- Manage inventory for IT assets- need to maintain, update and send report on regular basis
- Participate in setting up systems and automating our existing offline process’ thereby increasing efficiency within the workplace
