Educational Qualification:

  • A Master’s degree in Criminology or Forensic Science; or
  • B.A. degree in Psychology or in Philosophy with Psychology as one of the subjects of study.

Physical Standards:

  • Men (Height) – 160 centimetres in height
  • Men (Chest) – 79 centimetres expansion of at least five centimetres)
  • Women (Height) – 145 centimetres in height
  • Women (Chest) – 71 centimetres expansion of at least two centimetres)

Knowledge in Tamil: Applicants should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.

  • Must possess M.Sc Degree in Geology of any recognised University or Institution.
