Detailed Eligibility – Tata Memorial Hospital Vacancy 2025:
Educational Qualification:
Female Nurse ‘A’:
- General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing.OR Basic or Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing).
- Candidates should be eligible to register with Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council. Candidates who have done Diploma in Nursing Oncology in TMC and served the entire bond period will be given relaxation in age by 5 years. General Nursing & Midwifery & Basic or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) should be recognized by Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
- Essential Experience: One year of clinical practice in a hospital with fifty beds. Hepatitis B vaccination to be completed. Clinical experience before post Basic B.Sc shall also be considered.
Nurse ‘A’:
- General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing.OR Basic or Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing).

Stenographer:
- Graduate from a recognized University. Course in Typewriting at 40 w.p.m. and Short Hand at 80 w.p.m. Computer Course of minimum 3 months duration in Microsoft Office. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from the 3 months computer course.
- Essential Experience: At least one year of secretarial experience in a reputable company.
- Desirable Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma in Secretarial Courses.
Kitchen Supervisor:
- Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a recognized institute/ university with minimum 50% marks.
- Essential Experience: One year experience in a reputed Hospital or large Institutional Canteen.
Cook – ‘A’:
- 10th Std. plus compulsory certified craft courses in Food Production, Bakery or Cookery.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience or post qualification apprenticeship in the food production department of a 3 or 5 star hotel.
Attendant:
- 10th Std. or equivalent pass from recognized board.
- Essential Experience: Candidate should have minimum one year experience in Filing, Record Keeping, Dispatch Work, operating photocopy machine, helping in office work, Dusting and Cleaning etc.
Trade Helper:
- 10th Std. or equivalent pass from recognized board.
- Essential Experience: Candidates should have at least one year experience in maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of equipment in Operation Theatre / ICU / Diagnostics Services / Laboratory / Engineering etc. Miscellaneous Office Works etc.
Assistant Security Officer:
- Graduate from a recognised university / Institution and should possess NCC ‘C’ certificate.
- Essential Experience: 5 years experience as Security Officer / Security Supervisor / Security Assistant in a large Civil Organization / Hotel / Hospital / Airport etc.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates having relevant experience in large Civil Organisation/ Hotel/ Hospital/ Airport etc.
Security Guard:
- S.S.C. or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Essential Experience:2 years of relevant experience.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates having relevant experience in large Civil Organisation/ Hotel/ Hospital/ Airport etc.
Driver:
- S.S.C. or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Essential Experience: 3 years accident free driving.
- Desirable Experience: Knowledge of first aid and maintenance/ minor repairs of vehicles.

Age Relaxation:
- Upper age is relaxable for persons belonging to Reserved Categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen & Other categories as per the instructions of Govt. of India as under:
- 05 Years: SC /ST
- 03 Years: OBC
- 10 Years: PWD [additional 5 years in case of SC/ST & 3 years in case of OBC]
- Ex-servicemen: length of service in Armed Forces plus 3 years (additional relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC as per the instructions of Govt. of India)

Selection Process of Tata Memorial Hospital Careers:

For Security Guard/Assistant Security Officer:
- The selection process will consist of Physical Test and Written test.
- Those who qualify in Physical endurance test will be allowed for Written Examination followed by Skill test.
- Skill test will be of qualifying nature only
- Written Exaination: 100 marks MCQ/ Subjective
- The Written Examination questions will be based on the respective area of specialization/ expertise.
For Driver:
- The selection process will be based on skill test
For Other Posts:
- The selection process will be based on Written Examination & Skill test.
