Technical Support:
Qualification: The candidates should possess B.E / B. Tech in relevant fields.
Experience: Years of experience required- 0-2 years.
Note: Experience in Telcom Products or Mobility added Advantage
Technical Skills:
- Incident Management Experience.
- Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact where possible, using your customer service skills and knowledge of products to explore potential solutions.
- Written and Verbal communication skills and good English comprehension.
- Should have experience/handling international calls. ( inbound/ outbound calls)
- providing quality customer service to our customers by processing inquiries provisioning orders and billing services.
- Should be a good Team player
- Ready to learn New Technologies ( Ex : Telecom Products )
- Experienced in International Customer support
- Positive attitude and behavior
