Detailed Eligibility:



Graduate Trainee – BSW: 

  • Candidates who are currently in the final year of Bachelor in Social Work and would graduate in 2024.

Skills Required:

  • Good Understanding of the Social Sectors Development Programs.
  • Knowledge of Govt. Development Program and Govt. Department organization structures.
  • Knowledge on the Rural & urban development Agencies and about the Gram Panchayat structures and their roles.
  • Good Documentation Skills-MIS, Deck Preparation, Report, CSR field Stories.
  • Interpersonal Skills & good Communication Skills.
  • Coordination with various Stakeholders & Team work.
  • Ability to Handles the complex Situations & Social Challenges.
  • Keen to Learns the New Practices in Development Sectors and ability to replicate the best practices in field.
  • Computer Working Knowledge – MS Office, SAP working Knowledge will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Conducting the Social Studies- Community Need Assessment & Community Satisfaction need.
  • Conducting the Community Meetings & Meeting with key Stakeholders – Mapping & understanding the Stakeholder Issues/ Challenges and Community Needs.
  • Identifying and Selection of NGOs for Execution of Programs.
  • Developing and Finalizing the Scope, Frameworks, Objectives, Methodologies, Activities, targets, Key Program Indicators for the Programs.
  • Execute the Agreement/ Grant In aid Agreement with Partner NGOs.
  • Defining the CSR Programs/ Interventions and Stakeholder Engagement Plan for Location.
  • Monthly Review meetings with Partners NGOs & TPCDT associates.
  • Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Preparation of CSR Highlights / Stories for Internal CSR Communication Platforms.
  • Organise the Volunteering Events for Employees & Family Members.
  • Meeting & Coordination with Govt. line department and Financial institutions for execution of CSR plans.

Compensation: Rs. 4.62 Lakhs per annum + other benefits such as: Subsidized Hostel/ Company Provided accommodation based on company discretion (not applicable at certain locations and deductions as applicable), Medical Facilities, Insurances including Group Medical Coverage Insurance (GMC), Group Term Life Insurance (GTLI), Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA), Voluntary OPD coverage, Executive health check-up, Canteen and Transport facility (available at certain locations), Official Travel reimbursement, contemporary leave practices, Higher Education Support (post trainee period), Car Lease benefit (post trainee period), Mobile Phone and Data Card/Broadband reimbursement (with approval as per requirement), Rewards & Recognitions etc. All the benefits mentioned above are as per prevailing HR Policies and Practices of the Company and are subject to change as per management discretion.

The selection process will be based on the following rounds

  • Online Written Test
  • Psychometric Test & Asynchronous Video Interview
  • Personal Interview

Shortlisting Criteria

  • 60% above throughout SSC, HSC, Graduation and PGP/MBA (if applicable)
  • The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams)
  • The applicant should have completed all academic courses (Under Graduation within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g.: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. in 3 years)
  • Candidate should be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India at office, plant, project site location etc.
  • Candidate to be declared medically fit by Company CMO
