Education Qualification:
- The candidates should possess Any degree.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 years in Customer Service.
- Insurance background would be an added advantage
- Minimum Graduate qualification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Languages known – Telugu, Hindi and English.
Role & responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Proven skills in handling customers tactfully through different modes of communication, e-mail/telephone. Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries.
- Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services.
- Must possess a soft, calm personality to handle escalations and irritable customers.
- I will be required to provide excellent customer service and promote customer-centricity by improving customer service experience, engaging customers, and facilitating organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Liaising with various organisational stakeholders ensures customer complaints are resolved quickly and effectively. Improving brand image on complaints
