Detailed Eligibility:

API Engineer I – Credit Engineering (L08):

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree with 0-6 months experience with application development using Java OR, in lieu of degree
Critical Thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills

Desired Characteristics:

Familiarity with building and consuming web services via SOAP and REST
Java development experience
Familiarity with common Java frameworks like Spring and Spring boot
Familiarity with Jira and Bitbucket and git.
Familiarity with continuous integration environments
Familiarity writing unit and integration tests
Familiarity with JSON, REST and XML based web services
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical peers
Strong cross-functional team player with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrix organization
