Analyst:
- The candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech in relevnat field
Profile required: The candidate is expected to perform various activities related to Work Flow Service which includes:
- Process Trades, Settlements, Foreign Exchange
- Process Subscriptions/Redemptions
- Process Corporate Action, Validate Corporate Actions, confirm its impact & subsequent changes in market value
- Reconcile cash positions
- Reconcile investment positions & market values
- Analyze & justify/resolve all anomalies on Pre NAV controls
- Identification problems & provide resolution
- Interact & have regular communication with onsite partners for clarifications
- Ensure adherence to defined procedures
- Ensure adherence to time schedules & quality standards
- Respond promptly & effectively to client requests
- Organize workload & team members in effective manner
- Work closely with superiors on various projects
- Proactively seek to identify and improve current core procedures
Responsibilities: The candidate will be part of FVS team & will perform WFS activities. The candidate requires high level understanding of the techniques, procedures and rules of a process. The candidate will be responsible to perform accurate and timely delivery across all fund types, in accordance with industry, company and client standards. FVS (Fund Valuation Services), a division of SG Securities & Services at SGGSC is involved in NAV Calculation of mutual funds & index funds for European region. All funds are on daily valuation & deal with a wide range of investment products which include Equities, Fixed income instruments, Money Market instruments, Futures, Options, CDS, IRS, OTC Fx Options & other Derivative products. The team works in multiple shifts.
