Detailed SBI SO Eligibility:
SBI Bank Careers – Educational Qualification:
VP Wealth (SRM):
- Mandatory: Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution.
- Preferred Qualification: MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) with 60% from recognised University or Institution. Certifications such as CFP /CFA, NISM V-A, XXI-A.
- Essential Experience: 6 years into sales & marketing with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Wealth Management Firms / AMCs
- Preferred Experience: Post qualification experience of minimum 6 years as a Relationship Manager or similar role preferably in Wealth Management with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Wealth Management Firms / AMCs.
AVP Wealth (RM):
- Mandatory: Graduation from Government-recognised University or Institution.
- Preferred Qualification: Weightage will be given to the candidates with post-graduation in finance / marketing / Banking. Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA
- Essential Experience: 3 years into sales & marketing with leading Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Wealth Management Firms/ AMCs /SBI Wealth CREs having 4 years of experience
- Preferred Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager or comparable function preferably in Wealth Management with prominent Public / Private / Foreign Banks / Wealth Management Firms / AMCs.
Customer Relationship Executive:
- Mandatory: Graduates from Government-recognised University or Institution.
- Post-Qualification Experience: Preferred experience in the documentation requirements of financial products and good communication skills would be desirable
Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank subject to fulfillment of any such conditions as may be stipulated by the Bank)
SBI Bank Careers – Age Limit (As on 01 May 2025):

- AVP Wealth (RM): 23 – 35 years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20 – 35 years

Selection Process of SBI SO Careers:
- The selection process will comprise shortlisting of the candidate, followed by one or more rounds of personal / Telephonic / Video interview and CTC negotiations.
- The process of Shortlisting will be provisional and without verification of original documents.
- Candidature will be subject to verification of all details/ documents with the original when a candidate reports for an interview (if called).
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by Bank
- CTC Negotiation will be done, with the candidates one-by-one at the time of the Interview or after completion of the interview process, separately
- Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only.
