Detailed Eligibility for Sainik School Bijapur Careers:
Educational Qualification:
LDC:
- Essential: Class XII/ Pre-degree
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to correspond in English and use computer operations.
- Desirable: Experience in dealing with various projects independently, maintaining store ledgers, keeping records and being well-versed in drafting letters.
Ward Boys:
- Essential: Minimum 10th pass from recognized board.
- Desirable: Communication in English, Higher qualification, experience in handling the students in a residential School / Institution, knowledge of computers & typing and, experience in housekeeping duties and experience working as a Hostel Warden/ Ward Boy in any Residential Public School.
- The candidate should be physically fit.
- Preference will be given to ex-servicemen.
Nursing Sister (Female Only):
- Essential: Diploma in Nursing/ Diploma in General Nursing & Midwife.
- Desirable:
- Communication in English, Higher qualification.
- Having experience of a minimum of 05 years working in residential Public Schools.
- The candidates should be physically fit.
PEM/PTI-Cum-Matron (Female only):
- Essential: Minimum 10th pass with proficiency in Games /
Sports from a recognized board. - Desirable:
- Having experience in this profession in a reputed Public School.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.ED) or equivalent with 50% Marks.
- Communication in English.

Counsellor:
- Essential: Graduate / Post Graduate in Psychology or
Post Graduate in Child Development or Graduate with a diploma in Career Guidance and Counseling - Desirable:
- Experience in providing career/ educational counselling to students in a reputed school.
- Registration with Rehabilitation Counselor of India as a vocational counsellor.
- Interested in other extracurricular activities and aptitude for residential school lifestyle.

Music Teacher:
- Essential: Higher Secondary with a degree or diploma in music from any recognised institution.
- Desirable:
- Experience teaching secondary level in CBSE affiliated Residential schools(s) will be given preference.
Driver:
- Essential:
- Should have passed matriculation from a recognized board.
- Should possess a driving license to drive heavy-duty and light four-wheeler vehicles.
- Candidates with experience driving heavy-duty and light vehicles with a minimum of 05 years of experience will be given preference.
- Desirable:
- Candidates with experience driving school vehicles will be given preference.
- Knowledge of first-line maintenance.
