Educational Qualifications:
Executive (Finance):
Essential: B.Com
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in listed PSU, preferably in Railway PSU for the following functions: Experience in compilation of Company Accounts and Audit (Statutory & CAG), OR
- Experience in compilation, reconciliation and filing of statutory returns such as GST, and GST TDS. Working knowledge of Direct taxation like computation of income, Tax Liability, deduction of TDS, salary-TDS (24Q), and Non-Salary TDS (26Q) returns filing quarterly and annually and generating Form 16 & 16A. OR
- Experience in maintenance of all types of establishment claims including salary/compensation to employees/consultants. Online preparation of IT returns issue of form 16 etc. OR
- Experience in Contract Management – Works & Supply, settlement of Contractor’s Claims, Estimates, Tendering etc AND
- 1 year post qualification experience in SAP, FI/HCM environment.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Instruction regarding SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and PwBD will be applicable.

- MBA

- Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time managerial & Payroll Processing,
- Experience of working in E-Office environment.
- Experience of handling HR/Establishment matters including recruitment, hiring, promotion, increments, holding DPC, fixation of emoluments, etc.
Executive (HR):
- Graduate from Recognised University
- Degree in IT and MBA will be preferable
- Minimum 3 years working experience, out of which at least 02 years working experience must be in Railway Infrastructure PSU, preferably in a listed Company, on regular/contract/ temporary/Outsource basis.
