Educational Qualifications:
Regular Positions:
Officer/Engineer (Projects):
- Essential: Degree/PG in Engg (Mechanical / Electrical or Instrumentation) With 60% marks or CGPA of 6 on 10-point scale or 3 on 6 – 6-point scale.
- Desirable: 2 years Full Time/3 years part-time recognized MBA/PGDM With specialization in Marketing / Material/ Production Management/Finance /HR/HRD, etc. as an added qualification
Officer (Finance & Accounts):
- Essential: Graduate with ACA/ACMA/2 years full-time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.
- Desired: Any two or three qualifications from above
Officer (C&P):
- Essential: Graduate in Eng Mechanical or Electrical Engg.
- Desirable: MBA with specialization in Materials Management or any other degree or Diploma connected with business activities of SECI
Officer (Marketing and Sales):
- Essential: Graduate in Eng. Preferably Electrical or Mechanical
- Desirable: 2-year full time/3 years part-time MBA/PGDGM with specialization in Marketing
Officer (HR):
- Essential: 2 Year full-time recognized MBA/PGDBM with specialization in HRD Mgmt./MSW

Officer/Engineer (O&M):
