Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Associate/Sr Associate: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Preferably BCA, BSC in IT/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics
Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in business application data related support, content management.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Ability to document and resolve errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support of production applications.
- Data preparation, content management and maintain application documentation
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports as required by application team
- Monitor application health and performance as per requirements given.
- Review software requirements and prepare test data for SIT, UAT as per QA requirements.
- Consult with development/support team to provide support regarding data preparation for UAT/Production
- Train users and share lessons learnt, best practices across projects.
Contract Types: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
