Junior Engineer/Engineer – ERP Development:

The candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech in relevant field
0–2 Years (Junior Engineer): Focus on learning, supporting development activities, and handling basic tasks under guidance.
2–4 Years (Engineer): Expected to independently handle development tasks, contribute to design, and manage moderate to complex requirements

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or SSRS.

Required Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
Design and develop web and console applications based on business requirements.
Create and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or SSRS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Design, develop, and enhance ERP screens and functionalities.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and database components.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the reporting manager.
