NSFDC Recruitment 2023 – The National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation (NSFDC) has announced notification for the post of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Assistant. There are a total of 06 vacancies to be filled for these posts. Candidates who completed Graduate/Master’s Degree/MBA/LLB/CA are eligible to apply for this job. About NSFDC: The National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation (NSFDC), a Government of India Undertaking under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, was set up by the Government of India in February, 1989 under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Now Section-8 of Companies Act, 2013). The broad objective of NSFDC is to provide concessional financial assistance in the form of loan under its credit-based schemes for socio-economic development of persons belonging to Scheduled Castes. Further, NSFDC also provides financial assistance in the form of grant under its noncredit based scheme, i.e. Skill Development Training Programmes to enhance competency level of its target group and make them employable both in self-employment and wage-employment.

Educational Qualification:

Deputy Manager (Projects & Coordination):

PG Degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce/Agricultural Science/BE/Statistics/Management/Economics & Accountancy/Banking & Finance from a recognized University with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Executive Level (Level E-0: 30000-120000)
Desirable (Additional): MBA/LLB

Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts):

PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics from a recognized University with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Executive Level (Level E-0: 30000-120000).
Desirable (Additional): CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)

Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts):

PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics from a recognized University with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field in the Supervisory Level (Level S-1: 27000-95000)
Desirable(Additional): CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)

Senior Assistant :

Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Statistics/Arts/Science from a recognized University.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application/MS office package.

Age Limit(19 November 2023):

Deputy Manager: 32 Years (plus 5 years for ST)
Assistant Manager: 30 Years (plus 5 years for SC)
Senior Assistant: 27 Years (plus 3 years for OBC)

Age relaxation:

The PwBD-SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for the UR post will get 10 years of age relaxation.
Others as per Govt instructions.

Selection Process of NSFDC Recruitment 2023 :

Selection to posts of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager will be based on the Online written Test followed by Interview
The candidate has to secure a minimum 50% marks to be shortlisted for the interview.
The final merit list will be made by adding the marks of online written exam and interview of the candidates, who will secure the minimum cut off percentage marks of 50%
Selection to the post of Senior Assistant will be in the order of merit on the basis of online written test

Test Pattern: The Online Written Test will be of objective type as per details given below:

For the post of Deputy Manager & Assistant Manager:

Duration: 120 Minutes (Those candidates who use a scribe shall be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination
Version: Bilingual i.e. English and Hindi except for the test of English Language)
There will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the online examination
Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager – The minimum qualifying marks shall be 50% for the posts reserved for SC/ST category in the online written exam.
Senior Assistant – The minimum qualifying marks shall be 50% for the Unreserved posts and 40% for the post reserved for OBC category in the online written exam.

Application Fees:

The candidates belonging to Unreserved Category (UR) /Others Backward Classes (OBC) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.200/- (exclusive of GST) for the post of Senior Assistant
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD are exempted from payment of application

Note:
