NIUA Jobs-Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Project Name: Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme

Duration: 12 Months

Manager(Geo-spatial Technology):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognised University or Institute in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or related disciplines.
GATE qualified and certification in GIS/ Data analysis related courses with knowledge of ArcGIS/ QGIS, and other software related to GIS data processing and management is desirable.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing and execution of GIS-related projects.
Proficiency in utilising GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS and other relevant tools for spatial data processing, mapping and database management.

Data Analyst:

Master of Arts/ Science degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Business Analytics/ Operations Research, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluation and data analysis, demonstrating proficiency in statistical methods, data interpretation and reporting.

Young Professional(Content Writer/ IEC Expert):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Media and Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in content writing, communication, or information.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating engaging content, developing communication strategies, or implementing Information, Education, and Communication initiatives.

Programmer(MIS & GIS Developer):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in database administration, encompassing database design, implementation, optimisation and maintenance.
Proficiency in GIS-based software tool development, with a track record of designing and deploying solutions to meet project requirements.
Educational Qualifications Required

GIS Technical Expert:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Applications/ Geo-informatics or relevant fields.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of GIS-based software tools is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in designing, developing and implementing GIS solutions to meet project requirements and objectives.

Project Manager:

Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications/ Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology or a related field.
Experience: Strong background in land administration, with at least 6 years’ experience in the field of maintenance of land records/ survey/ re-survey / map digitisation/ MIS/ GIS/ land revenue and registration/ mutation/ land-use policy/ land administration, and related works.
Skilled in managing change processes within a governmental context.
Highly motivated and skilled in team management.
Well-organised, with proficiency in building networks both inside and outside the organisation.
